岗位职责

KeyResponsibilities:Providetechnicalsupporttoalldepartmentsandcustomers.为公司各部门和客户提供技术支持。RecommendsuitablematerialsforSalesnewprojects.为销售新项目推荐合适的材料Provideguidancetocustomersfordesigningnewmold,tryingmoldingandtryingmaterials.为客户设计新模具、试模、测试提供技术指导。CloselycooperatewithQualityDepartmenttodealwithcustomercomplaints,includebutnotlimitedtoselectinginformationanalyzingreasons.Reportandgivefeedbackstimely.与质量部门密切协作应对客户投诉问题，包括但不限于收集客户处投诉信息，初步原因分析等，及时汇报和反馈。BeresponsibleforallresearchanddesignprojectexecutionforR&D.负责R&D研究设计的具体执行。Assistwithdevelopingnewmateralsaccordingtocustomers'specialrequirements.协助主管针对客户的特殊要求开发新产品。Cooperateandcoordinatewithalltheotherdepartmentsforinternaldeveloping.与其他部门协作持续改善。Assistproductiondepartmenttooptimizeproducingprocessforqualifiedproducts.协助生产部优化生产工艺，生产出合格产品。Cooperatewithsalesengineerstocompleteprojectinformation,researchanddevelopcustomerrequiredproductsfasterandmoreaccurate.配合销售工程师完善项目信息，更快更准确的研发出客户所需要的产品。Fulfillotherrelatedtasksassignedbysuperior.领导指派的其他工作。语言要求：不限行业要求：全部行业
